A confrontation video revealed the large number of Chemist Warehouse stores listed as Covid-19 exhibition sites in Sydney.

TikTok user “silencebrand” shared a video on Thursday showing himself scrolling through an apparent list of store locations for the discount drugstore chain.

After scrolling for a while, he “realizes” that he is on the list of NSW Covid exhibition sites, showing it to the camera.

There are 12 Chemist Warehouse stores, primarily based in western and southwestern Sydney, which are currently listed by NSW Health as Covid exhibition sites.

The video has been viewed nearly 43,000 times and has received hundreds of comments, including many store employees who are concerned for their health and safety and that of their families.

“I work at the CWH. People don’t get tested, but come to the store when they are sick. I’m afraid to have it and bring it to my family, ”commented one worker.

Another viewer commented on the store’s layout and how difficult it is to comply with social distancing guidelines.

“The aisles are so thin that I get claustrophobic. Impossible at social distance, ”they wrote.

“This is not a good advertisement for Chemist Warehouse,” remarked another.

Others said it was a question of how many people infected with Covid were going to the pharmacist at a discounted price for medication instead of getting tested and self-isolating.

“They all realize they are sick, go for medicine and are still getting tested for Covid a week later,” one man wrote.

Another man said he saw three people buying cold and flu pills in the short time he visited the store.

A complete list of all exhibition sites can be found on the NSW Health website.

Daily Mail Australia has contacted Chemist Warehouse for comment.
