Bunnings Warehouse stores in Melbourne FINALLY bring back fan favorite sausage sizzle in line with new retail freedoms


The much-loved Bunnings sausage is finally making a return to Melbourne as retail stores reopen this weekend.

Bunnings outlets across town have been closed for three months due to the sixth lockdown, but are able to welcome customers from 6 p.m. Friday.

All stores in the Melbourne metropolis will be open until 10 p.m. Friday to give shoppers a little more time to shop late.

Then the sizzling sausage will return to some Bunnings stores starting this weekend.

“We know this is a tradition that our teams, customers and community groups have really missed, and we hope they will be back up and running in all stores in the coming weeks,” Bunnings CEO said. , Mike Schneider.

Melbourne’s Bunnings stores opened their outdoor nurseries last Friday, but have not had customers inside the warehouses for three months.
